People in the social employment sector can be found everywhere. They take care of everything and everyone. But to what extent do they take care of their own working conditions?
In a balancing act between shift work, sometimes precarious and problematic working conditions, staff shortages, budget cuts, external socio-political conditions, and societal expectations, this is often difficult.
Therefore, we want to meet with you as an open group to discuss these topics and network.
We will also take a look at the status of the upcoming collective bargaining negotiations. Whether you're a FAU member or not, everyone is welcome.

Zusammenhalten wärmt das Herz
Kommt am 14. Dezember ab 14 Uhr in die Schwarze Katze – ein Raum des Widerstands und der Solidarität! In einer Zeit, in der Zusammenhalt wichtiger denn je ist, wollen wir uns mit heißen Getränken – mit und ohne Alkohol – und veganen Waffeln stärken und uns gegenseitig unterstützen. Hier gibt es keine Profitinteressen, sondern Raum für gemeinsames Handeln und Denken.
Kommt vorbei, solange ihr wollt und lasst uns gemeinsam den Winter und die gesellschaftlichen Kälte überwinden. Alles auf Spendenbasis. Zusammenhalten ist unsere Stärke – wir freuen uns auf euch!
