In a balancing act between shift work, sometimes precarious and problematic working conditions, staff shortages, budget cuts, external socio-political conditions, and societal expectations, this is often difficult.
Wir wollen uns daher mit euch als offener Gruppe treffen über diese Themen sprechen und uns vernetzen. Dabei kann auch geschaut werden, wie es eigentlich um die anstehenden Tarifverhandlungen bestellt ist. Egal ob FAU Mitgliedschaft oder nicht. Alle sind willkommen.
