People in the social employment sector can be found everywhere. They take care of everything and everyone. But to what extent do they take care of their own working conditions?
In a balancing act between shift work, sometimes precarious and problematic working conditions, staff shortages, budget cuts, external socio-political conditions, and societal expectations, this is often difficult.
Therefore, we want to meet with you as an open group to discuss these topics and network.
We will also take a look at the status of the upcoming collective bargaining negotiations. Whether you're a FAU member or not, everyone is welcome.
